As the founder of Spark Therapy Collective and an SLP with over 20 years of experience, I am dedicated to helping patients of all ages breathe, sleep, eat, and communicate with confidence.
I am on a mission to push beyond the status quo and advocate for the absolute best possible treatments for my patients. When I’m not at work, I can usually be found spoiling my cat, hiking, crafting (sewing! baking! coloring!), planning my next trip, or indulging in a great TV show or movie!
Availability: I provide virtual therapy via telehealth for clients in California and Washington.

My Approach
I believe that therapy should be patient-focused, evidence-based, highly effective, and genuinely enjoyable for patients and their families. As an enthusiastic teacher, I am passionate about translating complex topics into easily actionable information for my clients, colleagues, and adjacent providers. I am highly visual and hands-on in my sessions—you will frequently see me using my oversized mouth model, "Chompy," to teach patients of all ages about their own anatomy and function.
My Background
I have over 20 years of experience diagnosing and treating communication and feeding disorders across the lifespan, from early childhood through adulthood. My journey began as an undergraduate tutor for children with communication challenges in 2004, which led me to complete a master’s degree in Communication Disorders and take on diverse roles working in both public schools and private pediatric clinics.
For the past several years, I have worked exclusively in private practice, where I’ve had the great privilege of working alongside and leading multidisciplinary teams of speech, occupational, and physical therapists. Today, I am dedicated to creating a legacy of high-caliber, patient-focused SLPs through professional growth, mentorship, continuing education, and clinical supervision.
Education, Credentials, and Trainings
I hold a master’s degree in Communication Disorders and am an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist licensed in California and Washington. I consider myself a lifelong student and have completed introductory Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (OMT) training through the International Association of Orofacial Myology (IAOM), as well as an advanced 9-month OMT intensive through the Myo Masterminds program at The Breathe Institute in Los Angeles. Additionally, I am PROMPT-trained and have completed Sensory-Motor Feeding Therapy training through Talk Tools.
